Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 24 Cancellation Policy as common courtesy to our practice and other patients. If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours we ask for full payment of your appointment.  We also have a late policy which is the same as above if a patient comes more than 15 minutes late, this is considered a missed appointment.

Returning Patient Policy

If you are a returning patient and a full year has gone by, New Patient appointments are required. Since we have not seen you in a year there are typically a new set of issues or symptoms. Issues tend to change over time and because of that we need to allot more time than a typical follow up patient. As a courtesy, we give 15% off to all returning patients for their New Patient appointment.

We are in the Children of The America building in the back of the building just off the parking lot. Once you park you will see a handful of offices to your right of the playground. Two Rivers Acupuncture is the first Suite on the right.
